Streeterville Bath
What began as two cramped, awkward primary baths and a cluster of poorly placed closets has been transformed into a single, expansive sanctuary: a spacious primary bath paired with a generous walk-in closet. Walls came down to maximize natural light and sweeping city views, while thoughtful planning preserved the sense of privacy.
In partnership with Jenami Designs, the vision came to life—earning a Kitchen & Bath News Bronze Primary Bath Award. The design layers sleek Leicht white lacquer cabinetry with the refined functionality of Robern medicine cabinets. A structural column, once an obstacle, now shimmers as a focal point wrapped in mosaic glass tile—a sparkling nod to the nearby lake. Subtle water tones flow through the space in the form of Porcelanosa wave-patterned porcelain tile, evoking movement and calm.
Hansgrohe Axor fixtures and a sculptural freestanding tub anchor the room with quiet luxury, positioned to take in the downtown skyline. A private retreat that feels as expansive as the views beyond—the ultimate urban escape.
