Beverly Kitchen

This 1920s home underwent a transformative renovation, reimagining the original enclosed kitchen into a bright, open-concept space. A wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed and replaced with a new, larger arched opening, enhancing both light and flow. The original hidden 1920s-style kitchen—lacking storage and organization—gave way to a sleek and efficient layout centered around Leicht cabinetry. The Orlando Noyer Walnut laminate doors pair beautifully with Bondi in Frosty White lacquer, creating a warm yet modern contrast.

Caesarstone Frosty Carina countertops provide a clean and durable work surface, while a full suite of Miele appliances—including built-in refrigeration, induction cooktop, oven, combi steam oven, and dishwasher—supports effortless functionality. A Julien sink and Dornbracht faucet package add refined detail.

The newly expanded opening between kitchen and dining room also features a serving countertop, ideal for entertaining. To further improve the home’s layout, the powder room was reconfigured to allow for a more spacious and functional mudroom. A classic yet contemporary finish palette, capped with crisp white Zellige tile, completes this elegant transformation.
