Kinzie Park Kitchen

This Kinzie Park kitchen renovation proves that great design isn’t about size—it’s about intention. Working within a compact footprint, the project focused on maximizing utility and efficiency while delivering a refined, visually striking space that feels both elevated and highly functional.

In collaboration with Alissa Cardone of Tinker & Chance . Eiesland, the kitchen was thoughtfully reimagined with Plain & Fancy Custom Cabinetry in the 5/4 Brookside door style, finished in a sophisticated pairing of Black Matte enamel and natural walnut. The contrast brings depth, warmth, and a timeless elegance to the room.

Seamlessly integrated Fisher & Paykel panel-ready refrigeration maintains clean lines throughout, while a Wolf induction cooktop paired with a Wolf compact wall oven delivers professional-grade performance without overwhelming the space—ideal for a kitchen where every inch matters.

Signature details elevate both form and function. Glass-front cabinetry adds visual lightness, while custom apothecary drawers introduce a beautifully organized storage solution. These “tiny but mighty” drawers quickly became a client favorite, celebrated for both their charming aesthetic and exceptional usability.

The result is a compact kitchen that lives large—carefully crafted, effortlessly efficient, and designed to be loved every day.
