This apartment underwent a complete metamorphosis—stripped back to its bones, its structure revealed and reimagined. Walls were removed to liberate the layout, uncovering raw concrete columns that now stand as sculptural elements within the space. The design embraces an elegant urban aesthetic, where every surface and detail is intentional. Concealed, indirect lighting casts a soft, atmospheric glow, drawing the eye to clean lines and rich textures, while a consistent palette of materials and finishes ties the entire residence together.

At the heart of the home, the kitchen pairs Leicht cabinetry in sleek Classic FS Lacquer with the tactile warmth of Orlando textured laminate. A full suite of Miele appliances is seamlessly integrated, allowing the Statuario Classico marble countertops and full-height backsplash to take center stage. Hidden behind the kitchen wall, a walk-in wine storage and pantry add a discreet layer of luxury and function.

The same refined detailing continues into the primary bath, where Leicht cabinetry and marble surfaces echo the kitchen’s sophistication. Dornbracht fixtures bring precision and elegance, while mirrors are strategically positioned to reflect light and expand the sense of space. An opaque glass partial-height partition between the primary bedroom and living room maintains privacy yet allows natural light to flow, reinforcing the apartment’s open, airy rhythm.
