Millennium Park High-Rise
Perched above Millennium Park, this 9,000-square-foot white box penthouse was reimagined into a sophisticated urban retreat. The overall design orients the hallways inward, allowing every space to capture the breathtaking 360-degree views of Chicago. Exposed concrete structure was left in place, offering a subtle nod to the city’s urban fabric.
At the heart of the home, the kitchen balances function and artistry with both a dedicated cooking kitchen and a presentation kitchen. Leicht cabinetry provides streamlined storage, while a full suite of Gaggenau appliances ensures performance at the highest level. Creative applications of marble and quartz countertops bring bold design statements to life, with the kitchen anchored by substantial, thick marble surfaces.
The primary bath delivers a true spa experience with a walk-in sauna and a freestanding soaking tub positioned to frame views of the Willis Tower. Here, the design continues the marble story with a thick slab vanity and a custom bench seat carved from the same stone, reinforcing a sense of continuity and refinement. The powder room makes its own dramatic statement with a freestanding Hastings il Bagno pedestal sink set against textured black slate walls.
Together, these elements create a residence that is as luxurious as it is distinctly urban.
